Works Wonders | Your Career Interests | Planning for Your Career

Your Career Interests

When you enjoy your job, you’re more likely to be good at it and more likely to be successful. Finding the job or career that fits you doesn’t have to be a guessing game. When your job includes your interests, you enjoy it more. And you usually become good at things you enjoy. We spend so much of our life working, let’s find something that you will enjoy and feel happy to be doing.

If you have taken the RIASEC Career Assessment then you already have a good sense of jobs that you might fit with your personality.  If you aren’t sure or can’t remember where you landed, check your Navigator to see if you wrote it down (or check with your Employment Specialist!)

If you haven’t taken the RIASEC yet, don’t worry. Go ahead and take O*Net Career Interest Assessment and find the match that will be right for you.

The RIASEC Career Assessment helps identify your personality type and then lists out types of jobs that might be a good fit for your personality.
